Advance payments confirm your project slot and cover initial planning and design work. Advance payments are generally non-refundable once work has started, as they cover time and resources already committed.
If you cancel a project before any work has started, you are eligible for a full refund of your advance payment minus any payment processing fees.
If a project is cancelled midway, a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work completed, at ASKUREX TECHNOLOGIES's discretion, after review.
Once a project is delivered and approved by the client, payments for that project are final and non-refundable.
If you are not satisfied with delivered work, please contact us first — we offer revisions within the agreed scope to address concerns before any refund is considered.
To request a refund, please contact us with your project details and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.
